Per il COW-T/settimana 6/missione lande ulteriori col prompt "tre figlie". Che poi casca perfettamente a fagiolo visto che in canon Nagisa ha 3 sorelle XDDD

Nanako is used to having a new sibling joining the family, by now. Every few years, there seems to be a new one. She was four when her first sister came home, bundled up in a warm blanket, carried inside a stroller, after mom spent a week in the hospital. That first time it seemed to be a bit hard to accept her in the house, in the family she'd monopolized for her entire brief life. She would pout and run off to her own room every time she saw her parents (and their friends, and relatives, and neighbors) start talking about the newcomer, Natsumi. But eventually getting used to her got easy after a couple of weeks, and soon enough they were inseparable. After all, people were not treating Natsumi as a novelty anymore and they would talk to her and play with her too. That helped.

Her second little sister arrived a couple of years after, before Natsumi's second birthday. At this point, Nanako was almost seven and she had grown really fond and close to her little sister, which was why she figured another tiny lady in the house would bring even more energy in the house, and she would have two other kids to play with!
But Nao turned out to be quite different from his older sisters: quiet, reserved, she barely ever made a noise and mostly looked at the new world she'd been thrown in with big curious eyes, taking in everything with observant, focused silence. She was also the most expressive one, so a lot of the time she would still end up filling the house up with joy, mostly because of her sisters' giggles at her astounded or grossed out expressions.

The third time Nanako heard that her mom's belly was carrying another child, she asked no questions. In her mind, it was already obvious that she would see another little sister cross the threshold of their house, so when she happened to hear that this time it was a boy while mom talked to a friend on the phone, her jaw dropped.
She was not used to a world where little brothers were a possibility. She'd only ever seen girls and women fill the house up, she did not know how anyone was supposed to react to a news like that.
"I don't want a boy, change it," she muttered at dinner one day, and her mom looked at her with big surprised eyes before smiling, more at the silly request than the jealousy.
"Nanako, love, I need some support," dad intervened with a smile, and giggled pinching her cheek lightly. "I can't always be the only man, here."
Nanako kept pouting for the rest of the day, and she stubbornly pouted in her sleep too.
The more the fateful date approached, the more riotous she grew at the idea of having to share her toys and space and time with a boy. It seemed like something was radically changing in their lives, that he would be a problem. That dad would stop looking at her and her sisters like they were the center of his world. That little brother was going to steal her daddy's love, she was absolutely confident of that.

When she first saw Nagisa, though, smaller than any other kid she'd ever seen, round and puffy and with big, round magenta eyes, a thick handful of soft hair already on top of his head, her heart was set on fire. She stared at him for hours, after mom came home carrying the exhaustion on her face, and Nanako was the first to offer to take Nagisa in her arms so that mama would get to rest a little. And when Nagisa first touched her cheek, without knowing why a few fat tears rolled down her still plumpy cheeks, and she gave his impossibly soft, plump cheeks a big loud smooch without being able to hold herself back.
"He's so cute!! I love him," she squealed, while Natsumi and Nao gathered around her, going on their toes to see him.
Dad smiled down at them, and gently picked Nagisa from her arms, looking down at him with some sort of adoration she'd never seen on his face.
Something in Nanako's chest stung and she felt like throwing a tantrum just to get that pair of eyes back on her, but instead she just smiled and began jumping around, with her two younger sisters following suit. The house filled up with happy chirps while dad told them to keep quiet, that the baby needed to sleep. But Nagisa looked at them the whole time, and even though he looked clearly tired, he still started cooing and giggling and babbling, already revealing he would be the house's chatterbox, and everyone's beloved mascot. Indeed, he grew into a funny and loud storm of laughter and hugs - Nanako truly believed he would be like that forever.

That's why, when a few years after he began talking less and less, locking himself in his bedroom, Nanako noticed it right away. Their parents would always be away for work, and maybe they never noticed how Nagisa smiled a lot less, how he would spend more and more time playing videogames in his room, and she noticed that he never talked about Haruka and Makoto the way he did just a couple of years before. He seemed to have lost the sprint in his step, and the light in his eyes as he got back home from school every day. Like something inside him had fallen asleep and would not wake up anymore.
And he would not tell her what was wrong. She asked him, over and over again, but living with three older sisters had taught him to deflect and change topics with an ease that frankly left everyone in the house speechless, and maybe a bit scared. Of how much Nagisa had not said, the whole time. But now it was written on his face every day, even though it was only a part of the puzzle, and Nanako, Nao and Natsumi would try to cheer him up, but his smiles would be a lot rarer than they used to be.

She eventually grew used to it. She was in university by the time Nagisa started high school, and the first time she saw him was a couple of weeks after his first day. And she felt the shock pierce her chest again, but warm, when she saw him smile, she heard him joke and giggle and chatter at dinner again, the way he used to.
She heard the names Mako-chan and Haru-chan again. But now another name popped up, and every time he uttered it Nagisa's eyes lit up with something different - Rei-chan.
Nanako grew wary. At first she thought Nagisa would steal her dad; now someone else could steal her little brother from her.
But just like before, she said nothing. She waited to get used to hearing about Rei-chan here and Rei-chan there.
At some point, she would definitely just be happy for him, just like that happened before. After all, this Rei-chan was giving her brother his bright smile back.
